Living in London? Living in Canninghill Piers!

Located in South London, near Holborn, on the south side of Canninghill Road, are two upcoming major hotels; the Hilton and the Marriott. Canninghill Piers (paradise-style commercial) & Canninghill Square (residential) is a planned mixed-use development located at River Walk and in close proximity to Clarke Quay. The former commercial development on the site includes Kumar Mangan restaurant, Kumar Mangan Home Products, Somerset Asian Foods and Holborn Shopping Centre. In its residential segment, Canninghill Piers has the following facilities: three hotels (including luxury hotels), five serviced apartments and the Canninghill Retail Park. The project is being developed by Talbot Square, an architecture practice specialising in sustainable design and active community building. The main retail park offers a mixture of independent shops and restaurants, while the promenade offers beautiful overlooks of the river and the nearby London towers.

Developed by Talbot Square, the Canninghill Piers location map includes detailed information about the amenities and the transport links available within the area. The luxury hotel is located at Canninghill Court, which is the former industrial area that was once home to a silk mills. The Canninghill hotel amenities include a fitness centre, dry cleaning/laundry service, a spa, meeting rooms and premium range of coffees, teas and snacks. The restaurants offer Indian, Thai and Chinese cuisine, specialty foods and a range of fresh and tropical drinks. There are also a restaurant serving buffet and a family restaurant.

At the other end of the scale, the hotel at the Canninghill Piers location map has the honour of being the city's second best serviced residence accommodation. Located at the Canninghill Court site, this award-winning establishment provides state-of-the-art accommodation in a picturesque setting. The Canninghill Piers price includes basic facilities such as air conditioning (including an on-site office), a state of the art business centre with meeting rooms and conference facilities. There are also a number of serviced residences available to rent. The most impressive feature of the Canninghill Piers luxury hotel and serviced quarters is that all the rooms have views of the Thames.

To the immediate west of the Canninghill Piers luxury residence area are the Canninghill Place and the Hilton Head Golf Links. Both of these luxury locations are located near the Canninghill Piers site. The horseshoe shaped bay provides excellent access to the Canninghill Piers area. The Hilton Head Golf Links site includes the world famous Golf Links course and the marina, providing excellent transportation and leisure facilities to the area. The direct developer price of both of these properties is around one thousand pounds higher than that of the Canninghill Piers serviced apartments.

The area surrounding the Canninghill Piers luxury apartments is also a thriving retail and commercial area. There are numerous retail and convenience stores located near the Canninghill Piers luxury apartments. The main part of the town is occupied by the large shopping malls, including a large supermarket, a supermarket and a Tesco's outlet. This area of town has also seen the rapid development of a number of high-rise buildings, which are being geared towards providing luxury serviced apartments. This high-rise building is the Canninghill Retail Centre.

The Canninghill Piers area offers excellent connectivity to the downtown line, the London International Airport and the Transport for Lease buses. It also offers access to major bus services, namely the Coach UK, Coach Europe and the London Midland Metro. The centrally connected nature of the Canninghill Piers area makes it ideal for people who want to move between various locations in London. Whether it is the convenience of the central London location or its close proximity to the other areas of London, which make it such an attractive investment, that people are opting for Canninghill Piers over other places in London.
